Cody Field founded Quick Pro Comp in 2025. He has worked as Certified Real Estate Appraiser for the last 15 years and has also worked as a Realtor for over 5 years. Throughout his career, he recognized a common challenge in the industry: many agents either struggle with finding accurate comps or could better use their time by outsourcing this task to a professional. After completing over 10,000 Appraisals, Cody launched Quick Pro Comp — a service that combines the insight of a seasoned appraiser with the convenience of fast, easy-to-share reports tailored for agents, clients, and investors alike.

Terms of Service

By signing up for and using Quick Pro Comp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, and content provided by Pro Comp.

Acceptance of Terms- When you create an account, place an order, or otherwise use any part of the Quick Pro Comp platform, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service in full. Acceptance of these terms is also granted at the time of payment. Changes to Terms-Quick Pro Comp reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Use of Service- Quick Pro Comp provides real estate comparable data reports based on publicly available and third-party sources. These reports are intended for informational purposes only and do not constitute an official appraisal. Payment & Membership Terms- All payments made to Quick Pro Comp are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept the Terms of Service. Memberships require a minimum commitment of six (6) months. After the initial six-month term, your membership will automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis at the current subscription rate unless canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains current and valid. No Guarantees- While Quick Pro Comp strives to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any report or data provided. Users are responsible for verifying all information before relying on it for any transaction or decision. User Responsibilities- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that all information provided to Quick Pro Comp is accurate and current. Limitation of Liability- Quick Pro Comp and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from your use of the service. Governing Law- These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
